HIPS, BUMS & TUMS

Hips Bums and Tums is an exercise session that takes place at the village hall every Tuesday at 10.30am. We have a fantastic instructor, Lucy, who is skilled with all ages. The sessions are fun, sociable and only 3.00 per session. Don't feel shy the class is attended by all ages, shapes and sizes. Go on give it a go. Men and women welcome.

PLANT POWERED POP UP LUNCH

Celebrating British, organic, regional and sustainably grown - grains, pulses, seeds and nuts; roots, round and leafy vegetables, ferments and sea vegetables. Lots of cooking styles, colours and textures for a completely nutitious and tasty meal. Buffet style (100% vegan).
Beer and wine for sale. Take-aways by arrangement. See you there, it's going to be fun!
